Sanford Myers joined the staff of The Tennessean in October 2003 after six and half years at the New Orleans Times-Picayune.

Myers is a native of Philadelphia and attended college at Ithaca College where he received a degree in Cinema/Photography. During his 14-year career Sanford has covered several Super Bowls and won several NPPA regional and national awards.

He lives in Williamson County with his wife and 2-year-old son and enjoys playing roller hockey and camping.
